Shipping Policy

Thank you for ordering from PrepBlade. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed on prepblade.com.
Shipping Area
At this time, PrepBlade ships to physical addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to PO boxes where carrier restrictions apply, US territories, or international destinations unless we explicitly state otherwise on the product page or at checkout.
Processing Time
After you place your order, our team and fulfillment partner prepare your package for shipment. Most orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays) before being handed to the carrier.
Processing time is separate from transit time. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery Estimate
Once your order leaves our US fulfillment center, standard delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days via USPS, depending on your location and carrier conditions.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, peak season volume, and remote delivery areas may extend transit time.
Carrier and Tracking
PrepBlade orders ship from a US warehouse through USPS or an equivalent domestic carrier service selected by our fulfillment partner.
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as the carrier scans the package. Tracking updates may take 24 to 48 hours to appear after the initial scan.
If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within 5 business days of ordering, contact hello@prepblade.com with your order number.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees, if any, are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. Bundle offers may include free US shipping as stated on the product page or in your cart.
Order Verification and Delays
Orders may be delayed if:
- Your shipping address is incomplete or incorrect
- Payment verification is required
- The product is temporarily out of stock at our US warehouse
- The carrier experiences service disruptions
If a delay occurs, we will contact you using the email address associated with your order when possible.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, check with household members, neighbors, and your local post office before contacting us.
If your package is lost in transit, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, email hello@prepblade.com within 30 days of your order date and include:
- Your order number
- The shipping address used at checkout
- A description of the issue
- Photos of any visible package or product damage, if applicable
We will review the case with our fulfillment partner and carrier records and work toward a fair resolution, which may include a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.
Address Changes and Cancellations
Contact hello@prepblade.com as soon as possible if you need to change your shipping address or cancel an order. We can update an address or cancel an order only if it has not yet been processed for shipment.
No Guaranteed Delivery Dates
Any delivery timeframes shown on prepblade.com, in emails, or in advertisements are estimates only. PrepBlade does not guarantee delivery by a specific date.
